The Research Mentoring and Career Development Council is identifying research training needs for faculty and staff across the enterprise from both clinical and research backgrounds, with special consideration of under-represented minorities and women on the Research Acceleration Listening Survey (RAILS). The survey will be used to identify priorities and resources for research training and mentoring to advance your career, accelerate research and increase the quality and quantity of mentorship across the enterprise.
