These sessions are perfect for anyone looking to develop their leadership abilities, whether you're new to leadership roles or a seasoned professional aiming to refine your approach. Each in-depth interview will be facilitated by Dr. Amy Wallis, a professor of practice in organizational behavior and ethics at the Wake Forest University School of Business. Dr. Wallis will engage research experts about their own experiences, challenges, and solutions in leadership - including growing one’s leadership capacity, strategic leadership, and leading change.
