Whether you’re based in the Midwest or Southeast, you can access data from either region to support your research. Our CTSI Informatics team supports cross-region data requests, enabling access to data from either region to advance your research.
To get started, contact ctsidata@Advocatehealth.org or submit a CTSI service request for an Informatics Consultation. During this consult, our team will help refine your request, identify available data sources, and outline the scope of work and associated costs. Please note that data extraction services are provided on a fee-for-service basis.

BIDS Consultations (Biostatistics, Informatics, Data Science): Ideal for early-stage projects seeking integrated guidance across study design, data, and analysis. To request a BIDS consultation, submit a CTSI service request for an Informatics Consult and enter “BIDS” in the description textbox that appears on the form.

IT Support for Research: For project-specific technical needs or if you’re not sure where to start in ServiceNow, the Academic Research Collaborative provides a consultative entry point to help guide your request and connect you to the appropriate IT resources, including infrastructure, tools, and implementation support.
