Sponsored by the Wake Forest Center for Biomedical Informatics, this interactive 4-part workshop will introduce participants to using electronic health record (EHR) data for their research. Each session will be a combination of didactic instruction and interactive focus work. This mini-course is open to any Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist faculty member, trainee, or staff member interested in pursuing EHR-based research; junior faculty are especially encouraged to attend.

Mini-Pilot awards:
Following completion of the workshop, at least 1 mini-pilot award, funded by WFBMI, will be given to one of the project ideas originating from the course. The small pilots (up to $3,000 each) will cover project costs.
