All WFBMC researchers have access to i2b2 as long as their CITI training is up to date. i2b2 recently added well-child related SMARTdata elements, which include counseling information, physical examination findings, social history, symptoms and therapies. You can access these elements under the SMARTdata section in i2b2.
In addition, multiple Patient Reported Outcomes (PROs) have been added to the i2b2 database. These PROs come from various surveys given to patients and the data available come directly from the responses to those surveys. Examples of new elements include: Childhood Arthritis and Rheumatology Research Alliance (CARRA) Lupus Questions, CARRA Parent Questionnaire, and Childhood Health Assessment Questionnaire. Some previously added elements include: General Anxiety Disorder; Patient Health Questionnaire, and Social Determinants of Health. You can access these elements under the Patient Reported Outcomes (PROS) section in i2b2.
