Ready to strengthen your leadership skills and build a more effective research team? Applications are now open for the 2027 Translational Science Leadership Academy for Faculty Research Leaders.
Presented by CTSI, this five-session virtual academy gives faculty research leaders practical tools to navigate the challenges of leading research teams. Topics include navigating conflict, giving and receiving feedback, understanding work styles, leveraging team differences, and developing as a leader.
Sessions will be held virtually from 8:30–10:30 a.m. ET on the third Wednesday of each month, February through June 2027: Feb. 17, March 17, April 21, May 19 and June 16.
Participants must attend and actively participate, with cameras on, in at least four of the five sessions to successfully complete the academy.
Applications are due Friday, Jan. 15, 2027, at 11:59 p.m. ET. Spaces are limited.
