As part of our efforts to harmonize our REDCap services across Advocate Health/Wake Forest, we will be retiring the legacy Atrium server on Friday, July 31, 2026. Wake Forest instance will retire in October 2026. To support this transition, we are offering both live and self-guided training options covering the project migration process. Attendance to at least one of the LIVE training sessions or completion of the Online training module is strongly encouraged.
Live Training Sessions Options (Please attend one):
Starting the week of July 6, 2026:
- Session 1: Every Monday @ 10:30am (EST) - LIVE Project Migration Training
- Session 2: Every Tuesday @ 1:00pm (EST) - LIVE Project Migration Training
- Session 3: Every Thursday @ 2:00pm (EST) - LIVE Project Migration Training
*These sessions will provide step-by-step guidance and will include time for questions and discussion.
Online Training Sessions:
You may choose either a live session or the self-guided training option; however, completion of at least one is required prior to migration.
Following completion of the training sessions, if you have specific questions or require assistance after attempting to migrate your project, please submit a ServiceNow request for support.
Project migration services are available through the REDCap team at a rate of $65/hr. To request assistance, please submit a ServiceNow ticket for review and scheduling.
