The Maya Angelou Research Center for Healthy Communities (MARCH) has announced the availability of three funding opportunities designed to advance community-engaged research and strengthen partnerships aligned with the Center’s mission to “lift everybody up.” Apply here.

Available Awards

  • Dissemination Support Awards — $500
  • Research Partnership Seed Awards — $2,500
  • Rural Health Research Catalyst Awards — up to $20,000

Application Requirements

All applicants must submit a REDCap application and supporting materials (e.g., biosketches, project plans, and budgets, depending on award type).

Review Criteria

Proposals will be evaluated based on:
  • Alignment with the Center’s mission
  • Potential scientific and/or community impact
  • Rigor of the proposed work
  • Strength of the team
