OSP has received several inquiries related to Research Security Training and acceptable proof of completion. Please note the following:

- Instructions for printing Workday proof of completion for Research Security Training
Senior Key Personnel Form Updates
- Question #1 on the Senior Key Personnel Form has been updated to note the requirement for submitting a Research Security Training certificate of completion.
- Question #2 has also been updated for clarity.
- The updated Senior Key Personnel Form is now available on the OSP Forms and Templates website and is also attached for your convenience. Effective immediately, please begin using the updated form. Be sure to verify the OSP version date of 04/15/2026 on the form to ensure the most current version is being used. All previous versions should be discontinued.
Huron Research Suite Updates
- Funding Proposal Phase:
- Within the Compliance section, Question #9 has been updated to include a required document upload.
- Award Setup Phase
- For awards that include legacy Conflict of Interest forms dated prior to January 2026:
- Updated Senior Key Personnel forms must be completed.
- Proof of Research Security Training certificate of completion is required.
