Leadership in Focus is making a return this spring, offering valuable leadership insights from team members across the Enterprise. These virtual sessions, hosted by Amy Wallis, will feature interviews with various leaders and teams. Both staff and faculty are welcome to attend.
The first session is scheduled for March 5, 2026, at noon EST. During this time, Amy will be interviewing Dr. Betty Chu on Leadership Development. Dr. Chu is the Senior Vice President and Chief Medical Officer of Advocate Health, where she oversees clinical quality and safety. Since joining the organization in August 2023, Dr. Chu has focused on integrating clinical quality and safety to achieve clinical excellence and zero harm. She has also been recognized as one of Modern Healthcare's 2025 Innovators, a distinction that honors individuals and organizations at the forefront of healthcare innovation, improving patient care and achieving measurable results.
