The CTSI has convened a Research Operations Committee which is responsible for overseeing the enterprise research infrastructure, operational performance, and compliance environment that support research activities across Advocate Health.
The Committee is comprised of Vice Deans, Associate Deans, and Research Operations Leaders. The priorities of the Committee are issues that are raised by faculty and staff and that have major impact on our ability to be successful in conducting research in an efficient and compliant manner. We plan to develop a mechanism of reporting back to the research enterprise on the issues under review and steps to their resolution.
