The Qualitative and Patient-Reported Outcomes (Q-PRO) Shared Resource is pleased to announce their 2026 Qualitative Research Bootcamp, which will be held April 20-24, 2026, at the Innovation Quarter campus.
The Qualitative Research Bootcamp is a 4.5-day intensive that will prepare participants to develop and implement a small qualitative research project independently. The program is open to all Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist, Wake Forest School of Medicine, Levine Cancer Center, or Atrium Health teammates, including doctoral students, post-docs, residents, fellows, clinicians, other trainees, and faculty at any rank.

The final (optional) half day provides dedicated time for participants to work on their qualitative research protocols or grant proposals, with one-on-one support from the Q-PRO team. The bootcamp is associated with a $1,200 fee that covers participation in the weeklong intensive, bootcamp materials, and access to additional resources online. Daily lunches, snacks, and parking will be provided. Funding support is available in limited quantities for research projects focused on cancer. More information to come. Download flyer.
