The WFU Program for Leadership and Character invites proposals from any WFU School of Medicine or AHWFB or Advocate Health System employee with ideas for character development programs for current and/or future clinicians (i.e. students) and/or care team members. The Program has two RFPs :
Character in Medicine (Small to Medium Projects Now):
• $1-$30K
• Quick application (30 minutes)
• Funds available from now until August 2025
• Applications accepted on a rolling basis

Character in Health Systems (Big Ideas Projects in 2026-2031):
• Welcome ideas for projects between $1000 and $5 million
• Quick application (20 minutes), the Program will follow up with strong applications for more details.
• Funding available starting in early 2026
• Applications due by August 31, 2024
