Dr. Boulware will talk about her passion for research in health equity and how she has conducted studies to improve the equity of clinical care and health outcomes for individuals with kidney disease.
Dr. Boulware’s clinical and epidemiological research has allowed her to merge her desire to address racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic inequities in health. She has been continuously funded by NIH, PCORI and other organizations and has published more than 200 manuscripts, book chapters and editorials, and has mentored numerous students, residents, fellows, and faculty members..
