Announced! Center for Healthcare Innovation LAUNCH Semi-Finalists

Congratulations to our six LAUNCH Semi-Finalists! The goal of LAUNCH is to improve and augment chronic disease management and prevention for patients and clients within the Atrium Health System, utilizing new care models and technologies that are implemented in a home environment.  First Place will receive a $55,000.00 grand prize along with staff support from the Center for Healthcare Innovation (CHI) and Internal Medicine (IM).
