Information on over 1 million vaccinations has been added to the TDW. The immunization data comes from EPIC and includes immunizations that were administered within Wake’s clinical system, as well as some patient-reported immunizations.
Vaccines now available to query include, but are not limited to:
- SARS-COV-2
- (Please note: COVID vaccinations administered through WFBH Employee Health may not be included in this data set.)
- FLU,
- DTAP,
- MMR,
- HEP A,
- HEP B,
- Rotavirus,
- HPV,
- Zoster (shingles), and
- Rabies.
To request immunization data please use either the self-service platform i2b2, or submit a request for data extraction.
