2021's MSRD event was a great success—congratulations to each of our distinguished winners!

The 36th Annual Medical Student Research Day (MSRD) was held on Wednesday, October 13. Due to COVID-19, this year's MSRD was hosted virtually using WebEx. The event was a great success that started with a keynote address by Dr. Ifeyinwa Osunkwo, MD/MPH, Atrium Health, with nearly  attendees. It was followed by poster sessions featuring  Wake Forest School of Medicine student research posters. Each poster was judged by multiple WFSM faculty and the top ranking poster presentations were selected for awards.
