Take your leadership skills to the next level. This interactive program, designed for both Faculty and Staff Research Leaders, offers five engaging sessions. Each month, you’ll dive into essential topics like leading teams, making decisions, communicating effectively, and navigating conflict.
- Topics covered: Team leadership, decision-making, effective communication, conflict management, and more.
- Frequency: Sessions are held monthly with the faculty cohort in the spring, and staff cohort in the fall.
- Schedule: Faculty sessions occur on the 3rd Wednesday; Staff sessions on the 3rd Tuesday of each month, 8:30–10:30 AM ET.
