Take your leadership skills to the next level. This interactive program, designed for both Faculty and Staff Research Leaders, offers five engaging sessions running from September 2025 to January 2026 (with a break in December). Each month, you’ll dive into essential topics like leading teams, making decisions, communicating effectively, and navigating conflict.
- Topics covered: Team leadership, decision-making, effective communication, conflict management, and more.
- Frequency: Sessions are held monthly from September 2025 to January 2026 (excluding December).
- Schedule: Faculty sessions occur on the 3rd Wednesday; Staff sessions on the 3rd Tuesday of each month, 8:30–10:30 AM ET.

Academy Requirements
