The Faculty Research Compensation Guidance Document provides detailed background and instructions for the following faculty research compensation programs such as salary expectations, research incentive, three-year faculty salary guarantee, salary bridge funding, early-career salary support, salary adjustments and research scholar (or contingent) track faculty.
