The Wake Forest Clinical and Translational Science Institute (CTSI) has been made possible by a Clinical and Translational Science Award from the National Institutes of Health through its National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences.
Being part of this prestigious program grants Wake Forest entry into the CTSA Consortium of more than 60 member institutions nationwide that work in partnership to accelerate translation of discoveries into better preventive and treatment solutions to improve health.
|The CTSI is a catalyst for Wake Forest Baptist Health’s transition to a preeminent Academic Learning Health System (aLHS). Our aLHS focuses on the health of our community, maintains a strong pipeline of research findings and investigators across translational disciplines, and aligns science, informatics, incentives, and culture to continuously improve and innovate. We embed best practices seamlessly into the delivery process and capture new knowledge as a by-product of every interaction.|
