REDCap (Research Electronic Data Capture) is a secure web application for building and managing online surveys and databases. While REDCap can be used to collect virtually any type of data, it is specifically geared to support online data capture for research studies and operations. REDCap enables rapid project development and provides users with advanced functionality, complete autonomy and control of a project, and direct exports to common statistical packages. REDCap surveys and databases are HIPAA compliant and include audit trails.
Currently, the REDCap Support Team is working diligently on consolidating all installations within the enterprise. Until the process is complete, please use the following links to access REDCap.
- This is new main REDCap installation for the entire Advocate Health organization. Team mates are logged in with their main user ID automatically. Login here
Note: External users needing access to the Enterprise REDCap will need to be requested through the NEPP process. Please review our FAQ about the process here: External user FAQ
In order to allow for minimal interruptions to on-going research efforts, we are keeping the old legacy REDCap installations up until all projects either get migrated successfully or are completed naturally.
No new projects are allowed in the legacy REDCap installations during this migration period. All new projects need to be spun up in the Enterprise REDCap. Check the information below for more detail on each legacy installation and when it’s slated to be sunset:
