The Responsible Conduct of Research (RCR) team is pleased to announce a new course titled "A Healthy Workplace for Research." This course emphasizes the importance of maintaining a respectful, healthy, and productive research environment. It covers the expectations outlined in our enterprise’s code of conduct and provides practical examples of incivility along with strategies to address them.
Participants will gain an understanding of inappropriate conduct that differs from statutory definitions of harassment and will learn about the appropriate contacts for questions or reporting issues.
Participation in this 30-minute training is mandatory for personnel who meet the following criteria:
- Acting as a Principal Investigator (PI) or any faculty member listed on an IRB application for human research
- Leading an IACUC protocol for animal research
- Serving as a PI on an active NIH-funded project
To accommodate your busy schedules, we have arranged multiple sessions from February through June 30. If you meet the participation criteria and have not yet registered, please do so at your earliest convenience.
