LiftCap is the new Enterprise-wide REDCap user request system where users across the Enterprise will be able to bring their questions and needs for REDCap Administrator assistance to the whole REDCap Team.
This will allow for the fastest and most direct response from a REDCap Admin with regard to any user question, making sure that the REDCap user base is receiving consistent and encompassing support at all experience levels.
