The multifunctional study volunteer Recruitment Services Network provides strategies, tools, and services to support study teams in developing and executing effective study recruitment plans.
Services and tools include recruitment strategy consulting, material design templates, social media ad development and placement in approved forums (requires budget), digital communications, brand approval, and study posting on community-facing site (Be Involved). Researchers can initiate a request for services using the CTSI Service Request Form.
Sponsors may provide pre-designed study recruitment materials. You will need to submit these materials for approval by our IRB. Where allowed by the Sponsor, you may also include approved System branding, which will promote ready recognition of the site within the local community. Branding requires approval by the Brand Champion.
