We are pleased to announce the addition of newly available data elements to the Translational Data Warehouse.
We have added:
- over 38,000 cardiac stenosis data points for over 8,000 distinct patients from Epic Smartdata Elements, encoded as 16 individual LOINC codes, occurring since July of 2017. Additionally, we have added
- over 33,000 heart catheterization data points for over 2,200 distinct patients from Epic flowsheets, encoded as 16 individual LOINC codes, occurring since January of 2013.
To access these new data elements please use either the self-service platform i2b2, or submit a service request here (select "Data Extraction").
