OSP: CDAs, MTAs, DTAs Submission Change April 1st

The new Huron system will replace InfoEd

February 17, 2020

In addition to the updates provided on routing of proposal records, the new Huron system will replace InfoEd as the mechanism to submit contracts for review to the Office of Sponsored Programs. Currently CDAs, MTAs, DTAs, and all research agreements with funding, and those with COI concerns, are required to be routed through the InfoEd system.

Going forward all agreement submissions will be streamlined through the Huron Agreements module. The new system functionality is user friendly and aesthetically pleasing which will lead to increased end user satisfaction and greater efficiency of routing and receipt of research related agreements. The ability to create new proposal records in the InfoEd system will be disabled at the conclusion of business, March 30, 2020.

New agreement records may begin to be entered in Huron Grants and Agreements beginning April 1st.
