Team Science: Holding the Team Accountable and Navigating Conflict

Research teams provide a great opportunity to engage in projects that might be difficult (if not impossible) to do alone. However, many of us find it challenging to hold one another accountable, and handle conflict in a way that helps the team to perform at its best. In this seminar we will discuss these topics and specific tools we can use to be effective.
