Biostatistical and epidemiological support will be available to faculty for proposal development. Activities may include hypothesis development, statistical methods, sample size estimation, and completing a statistical section for grant applications.
Researchers seeking pre-award support in the preparation for a grant submission may receive free pre-award support on the condition that post-award support be included in the grant budget.
Services will be provided at no cost for faculty with an early career designation. Learn more about Early-Career Support.
Post-award activities may include data entry and management, data analysis, interpretation, and preparation of results for publications and presentations.
Services are billed on an hourly basis. Faculty level biostatistical support is $145/hour of consultation, master’s level support is $95/hour, and data entry management support is $45/hour. A chartfield is required prior to service.
Open consultation hours are available to any medical center employee or faculty member who is seeking assistance with project ideas.

Services will be provided at no cost for faculty with an early career designation. All services are provided by CTSA grant support. Early-career faculty are still expected to include biostatistical personnel in the budgets of submitted grants.
